About Me
Hi, I’m Nikki. I’m a licensed psychotherapist based in Los Angeles.
I specialize in supporting women through many of life’s most complex and personal challenges — whether that’s navigating early parenthood, pregnancy, disordered eating, relationship concerns, or major life transitions.
I believe that women deserve a space to explore their inner world without judgment — to reflect, to heal, and to reconnect with themselves. That’s why I’ve dedicated my practice to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where you can feel safe showing up exactly as you are. My own journey through motherhood has shaped the way I understand identity, mental health, and the push-and-pull between personal growth and caregiving. I bring that awareness into the therapy room with deep respect for each client’s unique path.

My approach

I know that no two people are the same — so there’s no one-size-fits-all therapy. I use an eclectic, personalized approach that draws from a range of modalities, including:
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
-
Strengths-Based Therapy
-
And other evidence-informed practices
Together, we’ll find the right approach to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and lasting change.

More about me

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and am licensed to practice in California and New Jersey. I’ve received specialized training in both Perinatal Mood Disorders and Eating Disorders and have experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings — including a medical hospital treating children and young adults with eating disorders.
I’m especially passionate about the intersection between mental health and physical wellness, and I bring this lens to the therapeutic work I do.
When you’re ready

Starting therapy is a brave and powerful step. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just ready for something to shift, I’m here to help. If you’re ready to explore what's possible, feel free to reach out — I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your path.
