About Me
Hi! I'm Nikki, a practicing psychotherapist in the Los Angeles area. I provide therapy to women because I believe women need a space to explore the unique challenges they face. I believe that every individual is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. That's why I use an eclectic approach that draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, strengths-based therapy, and others. By tailoring my approach to each individual's needs and goals, I help my clients achieve greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
I specialize in working with women and can help with pregnancy, early parenthood, disordered eating, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, active, and non-judgmental, and I provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of being criticized or judged.
I received my Master's degree in Marriage and Family therapy from the University of San Diego, and I am licensed in California and New Jersey. I have also completed training in Perinatal Mood Disorders and Eating Disorders. In addition to outpatient work, I have also worked in an inpatient medical setting treating children and young adults with eating disorders. I am passionate about the intersection between mental health and physical wellness.

I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be difficult, but I am here to help. If you are ready to face your challenges and embark on a journey towards greater self-awareness and personal growth, feel free to reach out.
